the food had good variety! i am vegetarian and the hotel had several vegetarian options available. the room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. the hotel had a shop with reasonable prices for souvenirs.
the gym was quite small, and it only had a few pieces of equipment. sunbeds were reserved early, so it was hard to find a spot by the pool.

fantastic hotel experience!
nonstop entertainment pool towel friendly staff
I had such a blast! the entertainment team worked non-stop, organizing activities every half-hour, and kept checking on everyone. The evening shows were a highlight. there were pool towels available, so i didn't need to pack my own, a nice convenience. every staff member was friendly and super helpful.

the hotel is near shops and a very big shopping center allowing easy access to various retail options. the harbor is ten minutes by bus ensuring convenient transportation to this destination. different restaurants are within walking distance.

chinese night refreshing cocktail lively entertainment
i found the food varied and well-presented i especially liked the chinese night it had many options. the gin fizz cocktail at the bar was very refreshing i also enjoyed the iced coffee. the entertainment staff kept things lively but didn't bother people relaxing by the pool.
the bathroom in my room could have used some updating everything was clean though.

unclean toilet malfunctioning air conditioning
the evening entertainment was amazing. the mini disco was perfect for younger kids.
I found some problems with cleanliness in the room. the toilet wasn't very clean. Neither were the towels, and the air conditioning did not work well. it was a bit disappointing, and affected my impression of the stay negatively

an okay stay but some issues noted
dated room missing balcony light
the staff were generally friendly and helpful it was acceptable.
the room felt a bit dated it had some marks on the walls i also noticed the balcony lacked a light , made it difficult to sit out there at night there was no clothes airer so drying swimwear was inconvenient.

I liked the themed food nights. They offered a new experience each evening. The staff was polite and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel has a strategic location close to shops and a shopping centre, which I found REALLY convenient. GREAT value for money.
The soft drinks were not branded, and this affected the taste of mixed drinks. Securing a sunbed by the pool required waking up EXTREMELY early. The area around the hotel had some litter and broken furniture, which wasn't very appealing.

immaculate room hardworking staff themed food
The room was super clean and the hardworking staff kept it impeccably clean . the staff provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. there was always something new to try with a different themed food each night (i liked the snack bar addition!).
